Great product and great service. Everything arrived on time and was carefully packaged so there was no transit damage. I like the fact that everything is coated in wax to protect the metal; brush each piece with a shoe brush to buff the wax and it looks excellent and doesn't tarnish or rust - no need to paint anything. Good solid stuff.

Very good value. On close inspection are not as well finished as the 19th century originals elsewhere in the cottage but they are perfectly in keeping with them.

they work and look good, but are very much on the flimsy side when compared with others I sourced elsewhere, but these are half the price, so in this case you get what you pay for.

Nice quality latch, our doors are quite thin and the latch lever is quite long so it sticks out a bit further than expected. Latch feels hand made (in a good way!) and i have ordered more since the first one arrived.

For this price why would anyone buy a pressed steel version. Well made, honest , beautiful product. I also bought the matching 'T' hinges which are just as wonderful.

We bought these to match the hinges and love the very authentic aged look that they have. We had looked elsewhere (mainly ebay) and these are better and cheaper than any others we found. Great delivery service too.

Very nice hand forged design, and antique looking. Will go well with traditional cottage door. Not designed for external use, and have had to take the wax off and then spray with Hammerite smooth black to make it durable for external use.

I have used these throughout my farmhouse stylish finish not shiny and an restrained amount of detail making them elegant rather than clunky. Very good price I looked at many these are best.

Really nice hand forged product, easy to fit and looks the business. The latch handle is not shown in the picture (the bit that pokes through to the inside of the door) and I was concerned as to what it would be like; but it is curved down with a rounded end (rather than straight or with a sharp point as I have seen elswhere) so is ideal for the job.Might be an idea to include a picture. The screws supplied were too long for my 1/2" thick door, so if you're in the same boat you may need to buy some smaller ones.
I've bought from Coventry Demolition before and they continue to meet or exceed expectations.

Love these handles, we were originally going to go for rim locks and knobs, but the cost for decent quality was prohibitive. We decided to go for these instead. They suit our contemporary interior brilliantly (was one of our concerns with going this traditional) and for the price are an absolute steal. Had some issues with the staple as it wasn't a screw in type, resolved by cutting some of the end off them and drilling a decent sized pilot hole to hammer them home into (plus a dab of PVA).
